I really liked the location of this hotel. It was tucked away down some back alleys, making it feel more secluded and peaceful. The service here was top-notch, with the staff always being kind and helpful. They went out of their way to solve any requests I had. The room was fantastic, clean, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
This hotel is perfect for families.

The area was residential. Near chiang mai night safari and all the action...

The hotel had a large, sparkling blue pool with a child's pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were huge, with comfortable queen beds, spacious bathrooms, and robes. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing a fruit drink on arrival. There was a lovely restaurant on-site with satisfactory food. The hotel was located in a quiet area, but close enough to key locations for easy transportation.
There were a few minor issues during the stay. The staff at reception seemed disorganized and unhelpful, and the air conditioner had a musty smell. While the breakfast was good, it was not exceptional. Additionally, some amenities in the hotel, such as bike rentals, were not clearly labeled, leading to confusion. a pleasant stay but with some room for improvement.

The meals provided in the hotel restaurant were tasty and perfectly cooked. The staff members were polite and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel was situated in a prime location with easy access to all the major attractions. the interiors were chic and had a modern design that I enjoyed.
The WiFi in my room was not consistent and kept disconnecting frequently, which made it challenging to work in my free time. The pool was not adequately maintained, and the water had too much chlorine, which made it difficult to swim without stinging my eyes.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and filled with lots of greenery and orchids. Our room was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. We loved spending time by the pool, which was well-maintained and sparkling clean.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
